These terms cover your use of MoneyDot, a budgeting app for iPhone built by Kaung Htet Hein (“we,” “us”).
Using the app
MoneyDot is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices, subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate license is provided.
Your data is yours to keep
MoneyDot stores your budget and expense data on your device. Backing it up is your responsibility — use the in-app export. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything for you if a device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted.
Not financial advice
MoneyDot is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. Every figure it shows — remaining budget, daily allowance, spending totals — is calculated from what you entered. Check anything that matters against your bank.
Availability
MoneyDot is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MoneyDot.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
